Cancellation / Refund Policy

At Pioneer Valley CPR, our class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure high-quality, hands-on instruction. When you reserve a seat or book an on-site group session, that spot is held exclusively for you, and non-refundable digital course materials/vouchers are issued immediately.

Please review our policy guidelines below prior to registering.

Open Enrollment Classes (Individual Registration)

Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made after enrollment will receive a 50% refund of the total course fee. The remaining 50% covers non-refundable digital learning vouchers and administrative processing costs.
Late Notice (Under 24 Hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time are non-refundable.
Failure to Complete Online Modules: Blended learning courses require the online portion to be fully completed prior to attending the in-person skills session. Failure to complete the online module before class prevents participation and results in no refund.
No-Shows: Participants who fail to attend their scheduled session without prior notice forfeit their entire registration fee.

On-Site Group Bookings & Private Classes

Participant Cancellations / No-Shows: Individual student cancellations or no-shows for scheduled on-site group sessions will incur a 50% charge per student to cover allocated materials and seat reserves.
Rescheduling: On-site bookings may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.

Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that unexpected emergencies occur. Exceptions to the 24-hour notice or refund terms are evaluated on a case-by-case basis strictly at the discretion of the owner.
