On-Site Safety Training for Pioneer Valley Businesses

Led by a Retired Rescue Lieutenant and local resident, Pioneer Valley CPR brings American Red Cross certification directly to your facility. We specialize in serving medical offices, daycares, and industrial teams throughout Western Massachusetts.

Industry-Standard Certification

It is a common question in healthcare whether the American Red Cross (ARC) is accepted alongside the American Heart Association (AHA). Both organizations are founding members of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR).

Because both the ARC and AHA base their curriculum on the exact same ILCOR scientific guidelines, their certifications are clinically equivalent. Whether you are in a dental office, a daycare, or a high-risk industrial site, American Red Cross certification is a respected, professional, and universally accepted standard for meeting your licensing and OSHA requirements.

The Process: Efficient & Compliant

We utilize Blended Learning to minimize staff downtime and maximize hands-on proficiency.

  • Step 1: Online Portion: Your team completes the video and lecture modules at their own pace.

  • Step 2: On-Site Skills: I arrive at your location for a high-impact, hands-on skills session (approx. 2 hours).

⚠️ MANDATORY: To receive in-person credit and certification, all students must complete the online portion of the class prior to my arrival. Per American Red Cross regulations, the hands-on skills session cannot be conducted without proof of online completion.

Support for Large Organizations

To maintain the highest quality of instruction and meet Red Cross safety requirements, individual training sessions are limited to a maximum of 12 students. For organizations requiring certification for dozens of employees, we offer the following flexible solutions:

  • Back-to-Back Sessions: We can run multiple 2-hour blocks in a single day (e.g., Session A from 9am-11am; Session B from 12pm-2pm).

  • Multi-Day Training: We can accommodate larger staff counts by spreading training over multiple days or weeks to ensure full compliance without disrupting your operations.

  • Scalable Service: We bring all necessary manikins and AED trainers for each session. You just provide the space.
